Pet Policy:
Leasing management must be made aware of all pets that
are on-site.
Cats are welcome under the following conditions:
Sorry, Westchester Woods does not allow dogs
on the property, regardless of who they belong
to, their size or demeanor.
This rule is rigidly enforced!
Other pets such as fish, turtles, snakes, lizards etc. are
allowed with prior approval of management (no fees).
Tenants are responsible for any and all
damages caused by pets.
Leasing management must be made aware of all pets that

- They must be registered with the leasing office, and a
one-time $100 pet must be paid. - They have paperwork documenting that they are
spayed or neutered. - Additional rent is due at a rate of $10 per month per
cat (i.e. if your rent is $450, then with 2 cats it would
be $470). - Tenants found to have brought unregistered pets
on-site will be charged $10 per animal per month from
the time of tenant move-in.
