MAINTENANCE EMERGENCY DURING OFF HOURS (Leasing Office is open 9 AM to 6 PM, Mon-Fri.  For an off hours
maintenance emergency (plumbing, water leak, electrical issues, etc.), call the emergency number at (269) 491-0612
(effective 7/9/15).  Leave a message:  What apartment, at what number you can be reached by maintenance personnel, and what
the issue is.  Maintenance personnel will call you to get any additional information required.
NOTE:  If maintenance has to respond to a lockout call, there is a $25 charge that will be added to your rental account.
